WhatsApp Business notifications
InsurLyx lets each agency notify its policyholders over WhatsApp using its own WhatsApp Business account.
Each agency uses its own account
The agency connects its WhatsApp Business account from InsurLyx through Meta’s Embedded Signup. Novalyx does not send messages on its own behalf: each agency is responsible for its communication with its policyholders.
Service notifications only
Messages inform policyholders about policies they already hold with that agency, such as a reminder of a scheduled payment or notice that a policy is about to expire. They are not used for advertising or to offer third-party products.
Meta-approved templates
Every notification is sent using message templates previously reviewed and approved by Meta, with the content and category that correspond to a service notification.
Prior consent, opt out anytime
Notifications are sent only to people who consented to receive them. Anyone who no longer wants them can say so at any time, by replying to the agency or writing to soporte@novalyx.mx, and will stop receiving them.
Delivery tracking
The agency can check in InsurLyx whether each notification was sent, delivered or failed, along with the replies it receives.
How it works
Connect the account
From Settings, the agency connects its WhatsApp Business account and registers its phone number.
Pick the template
Select the approved template that matches the notification and the policyholder it is addressed to.
Track the result
Review the message log with the delivery status of every notification sent.
Privacy and security
Each agency sees and manages only its own information. Data is separated per agency and connection credentials are stored encrypted. We do not use agency or policyholder information for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties outside of providing the service.
