What we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, your email address and the message you write to us. We do not request sensitive personal data or financial data on this site.

As with any website, our hosting provider logs technical connection data such as IP address and browser type, for security and service availability purposes.

What we use it for

We use your data only to reply to your message, follow up on your request and, if you ask us to, send you information about our services. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the technology providers that allow us to run the site and receive your messages, who process it on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request and keep a record of the exchange. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, cancellation or object to the processing of your personal data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@novalyx.mx. We will reply with the steps to follow and, where needed, the information we require to verify your identity.
